Sidney Bourdonnay woke instantly when a broad hand covered her mouth. The large palm muffled her scream. Her eyes flew open on contact, meeting the furious gaze of the one man she feared most. Beautiful green eyes, glittering with fury, bore into hers. "Hey, gorgeous. Remember me?"

Shit! Shit! Shit! This is bad! Really bad! She'd been avoiding his calls and texts for the last two weeks! She had to. She was a freakin train wreck waiting to happen; impulsive and reckless. If you didn't believe her, just ask her mother. She was nothing like her best friend Chloe; she wasn't dependable or responsible. No, not Sidney. She always ended up throwing caution to the wind and diving in headfirst. Consequences be damned. But in this, with him, she'd promised herself she wouldn't. He was the one temptation she couldn't allow herself. Oh, she'd always been drawn to dark, moody, bad boys. But him? He wasn't a boy. And he wasn't just dark, he was dangerous. Viciously so. And he scared the crap out of her.

The night of Chloe and Cillian's wedding was the first time in a long while that she'd let herself go and acted on impulse. She'd done exactly what her mom always accused her of. She'd thrown caution to the wind. But in her defense, he was sexy as hell with his wicked taunts, whispering in her ear, touching her, enticing her. And the night they'd had together was seared into her brain forever. And holy shit! The passion was so hot, they'd nearly burned down that beautiful castle. Amazing, frightening, sizzling. All fell short of describing him and what he'd done to her that night. She shivered every time she thought about it. But then she'd gone home. Back to the real world. She hadn't come to her senses until she'd stepped off the plane in New Orleans. That's when reality hit, and she realized what she'd done. And the long drive back to Baton Rouge for class was full of recriminations.

Finn O'Donnell was livid. She'd been putting him off for months. Then two weeks ago, when her time was up, she stopped returning his texts. Avoided his calls. She was naïve if she thought she could hide from him. He respected her desire to graduate. He got it. He knew it was important to her, so he'd waited, and waited. Now he was done. "You think you can give me a little taste of that sweet little body, then run away and never look back. Oh gorgeous, you don't know who you're dealing with. But you're about to find out."

Sidney mumbled into his hand. Her eyes shooting daggers at the beautiful Irishman. Damn him!

Finn glared into the sparkling, whiskey-colored eyes of the most beautiful women he'd ever seen. His woman. He slowly moved his hand away from her mouth, but before she could scream, he replaced his hand with his lips, covering hers, driving his tongue deep. Relishing her taste, taking what he wanted. He'd waited months to feel her lips under his again. And it was like coming home. She opened for him like a beautiful flower, welcoming him in.

Sidney savored the warm, firm lips against hers, the power he harnessed, the restraint he showed only for her. He could take her over so easily.

He ended the kiss, then covered her mouth with his hand again. This was his show, not hers. She was his weakness, his kryptonite. "You asked for time to finish school. I gave it to you." He hissed against her ear. "I've been patient, Sid, and I'm not a patient man. Ask anyone. But no more. This ones on you."

Jesus, he was hot; he tasted amazing. Spicy and warm. She craved just another taste. Had since the first kiss. He was an addiction burning through her blood. One that could make her reckless soul take flight. She couldn't allow herself this pleasure. This longing scared the shit out of her. Even now, her toes were curled, her core was damp, her senses on fire from just his kiss.

Finn settled his large frame over her smaller one and groaned as he nestled into her soft curves. He leaned in close, suckling the tender skin of her neck tightly, leaving his mark before glaring into those whiskey eyes again. "I'm done waiting, gorgeous."

Still lost in the heat from his kiss and his lips at her neck, it took her a second to process what he'd said; too long. The sharp sting at her neck came out of nowhere. Her eyes flew open in stunned accusation when she realized what he'd done. "Finn, no!" She mumbled into his palm.

"Yes!" He snapped, as his temper ignited. "And just remember, this is on you, Sid." He rested his forehead against hers. "Shh gorgeous girl. Just relax."

His whispered words were the last thing she heard, his warm lips on hers, the last thing she felt before her world went black.
